Resolution:
1. Open the Outlook desktop app.
2. Right click on the calendar icon.
3. You should see this pop up. Select "Options"
4. You should now see your work hours. You can change it by using the dropdown or typing it in. (Default is normally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
5. Once finished click OK
You should now be all set! (You might need to wait a while before it changes under your profile)
