Report Phishing using Outlook Client
To report phishing e-mails in the desktop version of Outlook (non-web version of Outlook).
When you receive a message that is suspicious in nature, asks for sensitive information, mimics an SDIRC email, or tries to get you to click on a link or attachment, do not forward the email.
- Click the “Report Message” button in the toolbar
- Click “Phishing”
- Click the “Report” button
Once you confirm your selection, an alert will be sent to IT and Microsoft to investigate the scam e-mail.
Report Phishing in Office 365 Outlook (Web Version)
