Voicemail Initial Setup:
Your voicemail will need to be provisioned by support staff, if your phone does not have your name listed. Please open a support case requesting your phone be updated to your name. Once your phone has your name on it, your voicemail will also be ready to personalize.
To get started customizing your voicemail:
- Press the "Messages" button on your phone OR dial 3030
- Enter your PIN. The default for new voicemail account is 112233.
- The system will guide you step by step through creating a new PIN and recording your name.
- Additional customization options can be found in Settings (Option 4) voice prompts.
Checking/Listening/Deleting to Voicemail Messages:
On your desk phone, there is a visual indicator on the screen and a red light on the handset. New messages will also appear in your outlook. To listen to your new voice message, you have a couple of options:
Deleting Voicemail Messages:
All voicemail boxes have a mailbox quota that limits the number of messages you can store in your box (about 50). To keep things in working order, regularly delete unneeded messaged by following these directions.
