Resetting Jabber can be used as a troubleshooting step when attempting to resolve a localized issue.
- Open the Jabber program
- Do not sign in, if you are signed in logout
- Below the “Sign In” button, select “Reset Jabber”.
- You will get a message asking “Are you sure you want to reset Jabber”
- Press "Reset"
- You will get a message asking “Are you sure you want to reset Jabber”
- Off-network users, you may prompted to enter your email address and select “Continue”.
- Enter your “Username” and “Password” and select “Sign In”.
