In this guide, I will cover how to flip the Orientation of an Inverted Screen.
Login to the machine and get to the Desktop. It should look something like this:
There are two ways to fix this issue.
- Press the keyboard keys “Ctrl”+“Alt”+“↑”. Those three keys together should flip the screen back to Landscape Orientation.
If it does not address the issue and the screen is still flipped, follow the rest of the guide and you will be good to go!
2. Right Click anywhere on the Desktop where there’s no icons present. Select “Display Settings”.
Scroll to where you see “Display Orientation” You will notice in this demo; it shows the option “Landscape (flipped)”. Other Scenarios might have it on “Portrait” or “Portrait (flipped)”. It should always be on “Landscape”.
To make it that way, click on the Display Orientation Box and select “Landscape”.
After you chose Landscape, you will see a Blue Bar come across the screen to either “Keep Changes” or “Revert”. Click on “Keep Changes”.
Verify that the Display Orientation shows “Landscape”, and you’re all set!
