Canvas (or other apps) not loading is often because the students are skipping their password authentication in ClassLink. Click here for directions on how to fix that, or read below:
When a student signs into ClassLink, they will see a 'Verify Password' box. Students must enter their password and click 'Submit.' If they skip this step, they will not be able to open Canvas or other learning apps in Classlink. To correct the problem, have the student log out of ClassLink and then log back in. When the 'Verify Password' box comes up, have the student enter his/her password and click 'Submit.'
Students must enter their password again when they see this box.
