- Please make sure the volume is turned on the volume and is not muted.
- The speaker icon may look ok, but please check the F1, F2, F3, and F4 keys to make sure they are not selected (there will be an orange light on if they are), as these keys can affect your mic and speakers.
- Go out of the meeting and go back in
- Do a hard restart (hold down the power button until the red light blinks on the keyboard). You may have to try this at least three times to see an improvement.
- Go to Start Menu, Click Settings, Select Ease of Access, Click Audio (on left - might also be called "Other Options"), then select "Turn on mono audio" (this may turn off audio altogether but if you do a hard restart, it will probably resolve the issue). Do a hard restart after adjusting regardless. (see below)
