When you go to Files, you don’t see OneDrive listed on the left to upload files

1. Go to Windows: C Drive
2. Then enter OneDrive Set up in search (takes about 3 minutes to install),
3. It will appear on the left
4. Double click and your email prompt will come up, and you sign in like you normally would

*Important to note – this works for that specific device; not on the account (so, if working in a computer, it won’t be there and will need to complete the steps again)
