Resolution
Restarting your computer should fix the problem. If not, you can follow the steps below:
- Search and click on "Manage your account".
- On the Settings window, click on work or school account which should list your email address.
- Choose the "Sign Out Everywhere" option.
- Relaunch Teams/Office and it should allow you to sign in to your account again.
