- Why does my Relay report show the multiple accounts for the same student?
- The student web filter report does not contain data.
In Lightspeed Relay, each student will multiple accounts because of the email address for Windows and Chromebook devices do not match. Some employees will have multiple accounts. Please use the list below to determine which account should be selected based on the different domains:
- Students accounts ending with @sdirc.org are for Windows devices.
- Students accounts ending with @indianriverschools.org are for Chromebook devices.
- Students accounts ending with @sdircedu.org for the Chromebook JDO devices.
- Employees will have a @indianriverschools.org for both Windows and Chromebook devices.
- Employees ending with @sdircedu.org are for the Chromebook JDO devices.
