SchoolMessenger provides three opportunities to support users just like you.
1. Ongoing Webinars
New & Current users can sign up for one of four weekly webinars covering sending broadcasts and general use of the system.
Advanced users can sign up for one of the weekly webinars covering advanced topics like creating customized lists, viewing reports, sending surveys, and more.
2. Q & A Sessions
Any user who has question, can sign up for one of three weekly Q & A sessions with SchoolMessenger Trainers.
3. Live Phone Support
Any user who gets stuck, or sees an error trying to send a broadcast can call the 24/7 support line for live support at any time.
