- How to use InformaCast to update my school bells
- Login to InformaCast Fusion
- Go to Notifications | Bell Schedules | Ring Lists.
The List Ring Lists page appears. Each school will have at least 1 ring list called "[School Name] Regular Schedule".
- Click the name of the ring list or the edit icon for the ring list that needs modification.
Tip: If need another ring list, please open a support ticket.
- Under "Ring List Details" you can view and edit the table of times and tones within in the ling list. In the list, you have multiple options such as time, ring tone, and device over ride group.
- Time: The time that the bell will trigger. The format is hour : minute : second (AM or PM), example 8:05:30 AM.
- Ring Tone: The ring tone drop-down menu provides options for different sounds that can be used for the time selected.
- Device Group Override: This dropdown the devices that will ring. The recommended value is "[School Name] All Devices"; however, options like "[School Name] All Phone" and "[School Name] All Speakers" are options.
