Resolution
What is Multi-Factor Authentication?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA and sometimes referred to as Two-Factor Authentication – 2FA) means that if someone guesses, or steals, your password they will still need a second way to get into your account. This can be a text message to your cell phone, a phone call, or using an app (best one to use is the Microsoft Authenticator app on Google Play Store or the Apple App Store). You will be able to use any of these methods. You probably are familiar with this process if you use online banking, paying bills online, etc. Here is a YouTube video demonstrating the process https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8OzabuNwHI
