- Can I please have secure print set up on my PC
- Need Secure print to be set as default so I don't have to change it every time I print something.
Resolution
This Guide used a Xerox Altalink B8155. These steps should be similar to other Xerox Workcentre printers.
Click the search bar and search for 'Control Panel'. Select Control Panel from the listed options.
From Control Panel, Select "View Devices and Printers".
Right Click on your buildings copier and left click ‘Printing preferences’.
Under "Job Type", click on Normal Print to display the dropdown menu.
Select Secure Print.
Enter your 4 digit printer code (last four of employee ID) into Passcode and Confirm Passcode then click OK.
Click Apply, then OK and you are all set to print to that copier.
