To start guest/vendor access there are 2 options to get started.
- Option 1: An employee will get guest/vendor access started BEFORE the guest arrives. Please note that this will need to be done the day before or early the day of guest arriving. This is due to there only being a 2 day window initially when setting up the temporary account.
- Option 2: A guest/vendor has ALREADY arrived and needs access to the internet for presentations and/or other media.
For Option 1:
- An employee will go to: https://cloudpath.indianriverschools.org
- From there they will refer to the pictured instructions and fill out the forms as prompted as/for the guest/vendor
For Option 2:
- The guest/vendor will connect to the wireless network sdirc_onboarding.
- They will open a web browser and go to: https://cloudpath.indianriverschools.org
- They and their sponsor will proceed to setup the account as seen in the following graphics.
