Low - A service request that does not require immediate attention or involves long-range planning. Normal - A general service request or problem with workaround solution. High - A problem with no known workaround that affects a single user. Urgent - A problem that affects the entire District community or a group of users.

The category drop-down is used to help route your ticket to the correct support agent. Leave blank or select other if unsure or topic is not listed as an option.

If you are a Teacher Sub or at a School or Site that you are not usually at, please tells us where you are so we can route your ticket to the correct Computer Technician.
